Lucan, Co. Dublin

As a primary school located in Lucan, Co. Dublin catering for 685 children and 31 teaching staff, it was necessary to extend the existing school building for which Bourke Builders were contracted to carry out these works.

  • Works to the building included a new build extension with a floor area of 375 sq.m and the refurbishment of existing school structures with a floor area of 2,650 sq.m.
  • The works included the provision of an additional eight classrooms, together with the refurbishment of the existing classrooms, gym and construction of a link corridor between the existing building and the new wing.
