- Restoration of the facade including decorative brickwork and sandstone cills.
- The roof was completely renovated beginning with the consolidation of the existing supporting timber structure retaining as much original material as possible.
- Clay Tiles were replaced to match the originals which had come to the end of their useful life
- The decorative chimneys were repaired and lost original details replicated and reinstated.
