For this project Bourke Builders were contracted to extend and refurbish an existing school building that dated from 1937. This required the construction of an extension which added three new classrooms on the ground floor and four new resources rooms on the first floor.

  • Also included the construction of an impressive new entrance hall with an eye-catching two storey, glazed box window.
  • Sanitary facilities were also upgraded for the needs of a growing school
  • This new build and retro fit of an existing building ensured that the school would be made more sustainable in terms of its energy use in the future.
