Bourke Builders have worked with the brand Benefit on a number of flagship stores and department store concessions across Dublin city. Benefit, a cosmetics company, with a retail presence in over 50 countries, began to expand into the Irish market in recent years. There is a need with many retail outlets to be operational in their new locations at the earliest opportunity. Therefore, these projects often generate the need for seven day a week construction schedules which can often extend to shifts covering the 24-hour period. Due to time constraints, projects of this nature present many challenges however our Project Managers have vast experience in ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. As a result of this approach Bourke Builders have worked with this brand on numerous occasions.
