Bourke Builders carried out the refurbishment and extension of a number of Bank of Ireland premises in the Lenister region which included Dublin City. This required careful planning, co-ordination and management due to the nature of the works while security issues also added an additional level of complexity. Works to these premises ranged from conservation works to the College Green Head Quarters and upgrading of the I.T. centres and improvements to retail branches. The works involved refurbishment to the interior of the retail premises and upgrading of the mechanical and electrical services. Works were carried out on live buildings so consideration of the safety of staff and the public added another layer of complexity to all projects.
