Archers Arrow

Archers Arrow are one of the largest builders providers in Ireland and Bourke Builders were contracted to build their new retail facility. The overall development contains numerous large industrial buildings for the storage of various materials and a new retail building extending to over 100,000 sq.ft. Bourke Builders demolished many of the existing buildings to make way for the construction of the replacement structure which is a steel framed building. Bourke Builders undertook the fit out of the building from start to finish which included the installation of complex electrical and mechanical systems. The new building allowed Archers to expand their range of products available with the creation of display areas for flooring, kitchens and bathrooms. Also the new building allowed Archers to create a specific trade area separate from the domestic retail area which has allowed for better customer service in each department.
